A full night’s sleep with no pain at all

“I’ve seen major changes in my back, shoulders and hands. Now I can get a full nights sleep with no pain at all.”

“I appreciate what a great instructor Pam is and I’m amazed that such a young lady is so knowledgeable of the needs of us seniors - she’s so patient with us. I’m so impressed with the closing of the classes and the inspirational and motivational talks Pam gave - I think about this throughout my day.”

Pat Gehrig, Grand Junction Colorado

My balance is back

I came to “gain my strength & balance back that I had lost during the 4 months I couldn’t take yoga. I have only been back for 6 classes & I can already see results.”

Audrey Richardson, Grand Junction, Colorado

Safe for a fractured hip

“I brought a fractured hip to the firs yoga class. I knew I needed the stretching but I was afraid that it would be too strenuous for me. Luckily I had Pam as an instructor. She helped me both physically and mentally. I improved physically and I lost my fear of exercising. It really didn’t take many sessions to help me achieve peace of mind and strength of body.

One of the main attributes Pam has is the ability to listen and to really watch you as you move. Many of the yoga instructors I have had seem to concentrate on getting their own postures in perfect alignment.

Pam concentrates on seeing you correctly. She really looks at you. This may sound naïve but in my not so limited experience, she is certainly an natural teacher.

I have enjoyed her classes and hate to see her depart. But I feel I am better from the experience of knowing her.”

Wanda Allen, Grand Junction Colorado

From high STRESS to being calm and relaxed…

“I felt so much better after my session of yoga and EFT with you. I was much more calm and relaxed, which is saying a lot because I am normally a high-stress person. Everyone at home noticed the difference, too.”

Lin Tobin, Grand Junction Colorado

My chiropractor urged me to try yoga for my back pain…

People have told me to try yoga. Most recently, it was my chiropractor urging me to try it to relieve some of my muscle tension that was causing my back pain.

But I couldn’t see that I had the time to practice yoga, and I had no real desire to go to a group class to learn it.

Your approach really works for me. I practice the exercises you teach me on my own, and I can even do them when I travel out of town for work. I’m really feeling so much better.”

Alan Brock, Grand Junction Colorado

I’ve lost inches around my waist without dieting…

“I can’t believe that after 6 months I am still practicing yoga, and I love it. I practice about 20 minutes each morning every day except Sundays. I haven’t gotten bored of it yet, which is amazing for me.

Not only do I enjoy my yoga practice, but I love the side effects. My pants are loose. I’ve lost inches around my waist. And I feel stronger, more confident, and more relaxed.”
